Monogram Homes is headquartered in Coeur d'Alene at 1950 Bellerive Ln. We don't currently have a community inside the city itself, so if you want to be near town, the two closest are Crown Reserve in Post Falls, about fifteen minutes west, and Thayer Farms North on the Rathdrum Prairie just to the north.
Both communities put you within a short drive of downtown Coeur d'Alene, Lake Coeur d'Alene, and the Spokane airport, while giving you the homesite size that's getting hard to find in the city. Crown Reserve wraps nineteen homesites around a private community park with oversized and 3-car garage options. Thayer Farms North sits on the open prairie with shop-ready homesites and easy access to Hwy 53.
